Ayara Tool - Cloud & Data Solutions for the Modern Enterprise
Overview:
The Ayara Tool is an internal SaaS product built for revenue intelligence, forecasting, and analytics within enterprise ecosystems. It empowers businesses to automate revenue recognition, optimize pricing strategies, and gain real-time visibility into deal performance.
My goal was to design a data-heavy yet user-friendly product that simplifies complex workflows, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and insight for decision-makers.
My Role:
Senior Product Designer & Front-End Developer
Collaborated with product managers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and prototype the Ayara Tool. Handled end-to-end UI/UX design, interactive prototyping, and front-end development for the MVP.
Objectives:
- Simplify the visualization of complex revenue data.
- Improve workflow efficiency for finance and RevOps teams.
- Build a consistent design system ensuring usability and visual harmony.

Takeaway:
Designing the Ayara Tool deepened my expertise in data-heavy UX, where usability meets analytics. It taught me how to simplify complex enterprise operations through clean interfaces, modular systems, and intelligent interaction design. The project reinforced the idea that even in enterprise SaaS, clarity is the ultimate sophistication.
